Our Story

Two childhood friends combined their respective unique set of skills & talents and TamRam Real Estate Investment Group Llc was born.

Tammy Salandy spent the past 20 years running her accounting firm in Mississauga, Ontario. She specialized in helping small businesses. Her accounting & financial background lends itself to ensuring the viability of each project.

Ricardo Rambert spent the last 20 years running his own construction company, Sion Construction Llc As a full service registered builder in the state of Maryland, he has provided high-quality building services that have met and exceeded the needs of his clients. This experience ensures that each project exhibits the very best quality workmanship.

HOW IT WORKS

We do our research & find properties through our networks that need either to be:
- Renovated
- Subdivided/severed
- Foreclosures.

Step 01

We coordinate and organize with our lenders.

Step 02

We rehab, subdivide, or build the property to get it ready for resale.

Step 03

We relist the property for sale.

Step 04

The group shares in the profit of the sale.
